Malowanie elementów kluczy elektronicznych. Mała skrzynka metalowa z przyciskami i lampki. Małe to jest, malowanie na poziomie pojedynczych pikseli. Muszą być uproszczenia. Elementu mniejszego od 1px nie da się namalować! 😃 Zwykłe pomniejszenie dużego elementu gubi pixele ważne dla wyglądu, i może wprowadzić zamieszanie. Zwykle tylko jedna lampka powinna świecić, ale to zależy od okoliczności, więc oba szkiełka są jasne, oświetlone światłem zewnętrznym. Ale chyba fajne?  

Po wycięciu modelu pozostają nie zadrukowane krawędzie kartonu, w naturalnym białym kolorze. Jednak drukarka nie drukuje na krawędziach, trzeba coś z tym zrobić, żeby wyglądało ładnie. Są trzy metody retuszu krawędzi:  Kolor krawędzi czarny:  konsekwentnie maluje się czarnym flamastrem wszystkie krawędzie. W miejscach jasnych tekstur można nie malować. Biała krawędź. Kolor identyczny z teksturą płaszczyzny: wygląda najfajniej, trzeba krawędzie malować kolorami najbardziej podobnymi do barw tekstur. Oczywiście retuszuje się przed sklejaniem. Maluje się tym samym kolorem nie tylko krawędź ale i przyległą sklejkę. Jeśli bryła sklei się niezbyt równo, to retusz spowoduje zamaskowanie tego i nie będzie rzucało się w oczy że coś poszło nie tak. W takim przypadku można sobie wyobrazić niezbyt równe sklejenie dwóch czarnych części - od razu będzie widoczne miejsce sklejenia!
